Must I Create An Account In Order To Buy?

No, you can buy from us even without having to create an account. However, we would strongly recommend the creation of an account due to benefits such as automated filling of your address, product updates and promotions.

Are Your Silver Coins Real?

Yes, without the slightest of doubt. Most of our coins are shipped directly from the government mints. Alternatively, we get our supplies from highly trusted sources which run authenticity tests of their investment products on a regular basis.

Do You Do Buybacks?

No. We have always believed that buybacks put customers in a huge disadvantage of a 15%- 20% cut off the original value and they would be better off selling it to other family, friends or investors at the market value. This could be easily done via forums and interests groups in Facebook as all the products we offer like Canadian Maples are of the highest international recognition and can be easily sold off.

Furthermore, no buybacks means all TanSilver products are of firsthand, brilliant uncirculated condition , hence ensuring the highest quality to be delivered.

Payment

What if I Do Not Receive Any Emails After I Have Placed Order/Bank Transferred The Amount?

This would not usually happen and even so, it might be due to a system failure. Do contact us through our Whatsapp & email in such instances and we would attend to it right away.

What if I Would Like To Cancel My Order/ Do Not Bank in Within 24 Hours?

Please note that you should only place order with the very intention to buy and with the exact funds to back up your purchase within 24 hours’ time.

In the event of non-payment after placing orders, we would contact you and on a case by case basis, we might allow extended payment time-frame. However, if locked orders are insisted to be cancelled, you will be blacklisted and your account/residential address might be subject to a permanent ban by TAN.

What If I Am Using CIMB, Citibank or Other Bank Accounts?

No problem! You still can bank transfer to our MayBank account using your preferred choice of bank account. Just do note that it might take 1 business day for the money to be processed, cleared and received by our MayBank account.

What Is The Shipping Fee?

Shipping fee is RM 6 to anywhere in Malaysia (including Sabah & Sarawak).
For orders over 20 oz, we offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in Malaysia (including Sabah & Sarawak)

Are There Any Other Couriers You Use Besides Poslaju?

No.  Poslaju is the national’s courier which provides a highly cost-effective, fast and secure transportation service to all around Malaysia. We have a track record of 100% successful deliveries for the last 5 years for all order sizes.

What if I Am Not At Home To Collect Parcel?

Do not worry! The parcel will be returned to a Post office at your area where you can choose to collect it or arrange a redelivery at 1-300-300-300.

What If My Purchase Does Not Arrive In 3-5 Days?

Orders would generally arrive around 3-5 business days unless there are any delays/ system errors/ delivery errors from PosLaju. In event of delivery to wrong address, contact us. The parcel would be sent back to us by Poslaju and we would re-ship it once again to you.

Do You Ship Outside of Malaysia/ Do You Deliver Overseas?

At present, we only offer delivery exclusively within Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak & Sabah.

Is There any Pick-Up Point/Cash-On-Delivery (COD)?

We operate only as a distribution facility in order to keep our costs low and pass the savings to our customers. All orders are shipped discreetly due to customer public safety & security reasons. No local cash-on-delivery(COD) .
